Nausea is the feeling when one feels uncomfortable or dizzy and has the urge to vomit, but may not actually vomit. Other symptoms that accompany nausea are headache, fatigue and sweating. Mint tablets can be chewed, or peppermint tea can be prepared, as it is sure to ease the uneasiness in the stomach resulting in nausea.

The best of all home remedies for nausea for small babies would be to add a little honey to ginger powder and give to them, since they would not like the smell and taste of fresh ginger. Babies should constantly be kept hydrated, as vomiting dehydrates them. Infants can also be given lemon water to rid them of dizziness.

During pregnancy, it is best to count on home remedies for nausea, as medicines bought at the counter could have side effects, unless bought at the medical practitioner's advice.
