2. It is essential to have a healthy breakfast to reduce obesity. Moreover, breakfast provides a majority of the daily calorie allotment early, which helps the body to work those calories off effectively. In addition, it will prevent from overeating later.

3. Increase intake of whole grain verities to reduce obesity. In addition, include whole wheat, rye, oat barn, oat, multigrain, and cracked wheat in your diet. Moreover, such foods help to reduce weight as well as keep the body healthy and fit.

4. Avoid using machines in the daily household works. Moreover, doing household works with hands will help body to burn calories effectually and thus, reduce obesity. Furthermore, the household works look simple but, they are quite exhausting. For example, washing dishes, opening cans by hand, mixing batters, and hanging washed clothes on line instead of using drying burns a lot of calories.

5. Avoid sitting around and playing bridge or watching television. Instead, indulge in anything active, for instance miniature golfing, or bowling. In addition, going out for dancing is the most practical way to reduce obesity. Moreover, active life is not only important to maintain appropriate weight, but also for overall physical health.

6. Process of digestion plays a vital role in weight problems. Moreover, it is important to chew the food properly to maintain right weight. Furthermore, it is essential that saliva properly mixes with the food while chewing, since it allows certain digestion enzymes to mix with food, which is important for proper digestion. However, chewing the food properly is important to reduce obesity as well as to keep the body healthy.

In conclusion, the above mentioned tips to reduce obesity are quite simple yet very effective. Nevertheless, as mentioned previously, changes in lifestyle will also prove to be beneficial, for instance avoiding sedentary lifestyle. In addition, avoiding the habit of drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes helps to overcome weight problems.
