The problem of hair loss is great issue for both men as well as women. But in comparison to women, especially men get affected by this hair loss problem. 9. Chemotherapy or radiation therapy may also result this problem.
According to experts women can easily cope up with their loss of hair by taking vitamins, herbs and diet. You should take the foods which are high in protein, low in carbohydrates and also have a reduced fat content. Intake of fatty acids is also essential which are found in foods like walnuts, canola oil, fish and soy. These fatty acids are good fats and they have anti-inflammatory properties which plays an important role in healthy hair.
One of the important causes of hair loss is lack of iron which often occurs during the reproductive years. Lack of blood results into the problem of anemia and thus causes hair loss in women. So intake of iron should be increased in the form of diet or medicines especially during the reproductive years.
